Pricing:
Most of our storage units rent for $70.00 per month. Our smaller units rent for $60.00 per month. A one month deposit is required at the time of rental. If you rent a unit for 12 months and pay for one year in advance you will receive one month's rent for free!

A rental contract is required. Ashland Mini Storage does not insure contents of our rental units. Tenants should purchase insurance to cover the value of their property. Tenants are also to provide their own locks.
Access to rental units is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The property is mowed in the summer and plowed in the winter.
